紫穗槐种籽油及种皮挥发油化学成分的研究_廖蓉芬（GC） . Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Seed Oil and the Volatile Oil of the Seed Skin from Amorpha furticosa L.

Abstract

In this paper, the composition of the fatty acid of the seed oil of Amorpha fruticosa L.has been identified by gas chromatography, linoleic acid is the main constituent (62.78%). By means of GC-MS-DS and retention index of GC we have also identified twenty five compounds from the volatile oil of the seed skin of Amorpha fruticosa L., the principal contituents among them are as follows. β-caryophyllene (7.78%) , γ-amorphene (16.5%) ,α-aromadendrene (6.09%),γ-cadinene (10.29%) and cadinene (16.81%) .
