紫花苜蓿种子化学成分的研究_杨宝灵 . Study on the chemical components in alfalfa seed

Abstract The chemical components of alfalfa(Medicago sativa) seed were studied and the results showed that the crude protein was 31.63% and crude fatty 9.85%. The total content of unsaturated fatty acid reaches 40.13%. In addition, there are 18 amino acids and 23 mineral elements in seed. The total content of essential amino acid reaches 40.57 mg/g.
