Abstract

The sesame seed new strain's fatty acid were extracted by Soxhlet extraction and the direct solvent extraction,and GC-MS was used toanalyze their chemical components.The result showed that the new strain sesame seed includes 12 kinds of fatty acids,and mostly was the unsaturated fatty acid,theoe fatty acids were constitutes the human body to the fatty acids,and the content of the linoleic acid was the highest.
