Abstract

A comparative study of the components of delspray in the oil of hazel is made with diethyl ether for extraction, BF3 for derivation and gaschromatography. Six kinds of components are differentiated. The result shows the content of unsaturated fatty acid is higher than saturated fatty acid and the content of delspray in the oil of different hazel is different.
