Abstract

By complex experiment analysis of wild hazelnut in eastern mountain of Liaoning, its physical chemical properties and main fatty acid content are obtained and the hazelnut oil is compared with common oil.The result shows that hazelnut oil as an edible oil is rich in oleic acid,and has the value of exploiting and utilizing.
