皂角种子营养成分的研究_董玉山 . Studies on the Nutrient Composition of Seeds of Gleditsia Sinensis Lam

Abstract The nutrient composition of seeds of Gleditsin Sinensis.Lam.Have been studied,the results showed that there are plenty of nutrient composition:amino acid,mineral elements.In addition,the content of fatty oil in seed reached 32%,and its main component eras linoleic acid which is essential for human body,its content reached 60.4%.And its seed oil are of potential Value in exploitation and Utilization.
