云南元宝枫种子含油量及其脂肪酸成分分析_刘祥义 . Components analysis of unsaturated fatty acid of pure oil from Acer truncatum Buge in Yunnan

Abstract The chemical components of pure oil from Acer Truncatum Buge were analyzed by GS/MS and GC method.Twelve components were identified and their structures were determined.The content of unsaturated fatty acid in pure oil of Acer truncatum Buge from Yunnan is 92% and the content of 15 tetracosenic a.,which has not been discovered in oil from other Acer truncatum Buge,is 5 52%.
