玉环柚籽中脂肪酸的GC_MS分析_陶静 . Analysis on Fatty Acids in seed of Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck var. Wentanyu Hort by GC/MS

Abstract

A simple method has been developed for the analysis of the fatty acids in Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck var.wentanyu Hort utilizing coupled GC/MS.After the extraction using ether as solvent by Soxhlet's apparatus and esterification by potassium hydroxide-methanol,the components and corresponding content of the fatty acid components is determined.13 kinds of fatty acids are identified.The main ingredient is unsaturated fatty acid such as 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid.The method is simple and adapt for the future research of fatty acids of similar species.
