一串红种子油的提取、成分分析及其急性毒性研究 . Study on Extraction, Composition Analysis and Acute Toxicity Test on Seed Oil of Savia Splendens

Abstract

The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process on seed oil from Savia splendens was optimized by a single factor test in this study.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:petroleum ether as extraction solvent,ratio of material to solution 1∶9,extraction time 40min,extraction temperature 60 ℃ and ultrasonic power 300 W.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of seed oil was 29.82%.GC-MS analysis revealed that the unsaturated fatty acids in Savia splendens seed oil were 91.24%,in which the mass fraction of linoleic acid,linolenic acid was 28.07% and 63.17% respectively.In the acute toxicity test,a dose of 65 mL/(kg·d) of seed oil were filled into young mice's stomach and no evident poisoning symptom and animal death were detected after 14 days' continuous observation,which indicated that Savia splendens seed oil has no toxicity and can be developed as a resource of health oil.
