野西瓜种子油中脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析 . GC/MS analysis of fatty acid in capparis spinosa seed oil

Abstract

Accelerated solvent extraction and Soxhlet extraction were used to extract capparis spinosa seed oil with he-xane and ethyl ether.The composition of fatty acid was determined by GC-MS after esterification.The results show that the main constituents were 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z)-,methyl ester,9-Octadecenoic acid,methyl ester,(E)-and 9-Octadecenoic acid(Z)-,methyl ester and so on.
