Abstract

Fatty oils(3897%)from linseed were obtained by chemical extraction.The components of fatty acids and the relative contents were analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed that 5 fatty acids and 2 unknown constituents were detected.The fatty acids constitute 9991% of total components.The relative contents of palmitic acid,linoleic acid,αlinolenic acid,stearic acid and docosanoic acid(22∶0)were 429%,820%,8384%,353% and 005% respectively.
