亚麻科两种野生植物籽油中脂肪酸测定_余旭 . Measuring on the fatty acids from the seeds oil of two wild plants of Linaceae

Abstract The 14 fatty acids in seeds of 2 wild oil plants in Qinghai,belong to Linum of Linaceae,have been observed by means of capillary column gas chromatography.The seeds oil are mainly consisted of C 18 unsatureted fatty acids. Among them EFA is over 65% and α Linolenic acid is over 50%.
