新疆野核桃油脂肪酸组成分析_刘华英 . Fatty acid composition of wild walnut oil from Xinjiang

Abstract The oil was extracted by solvent from wild walnut in Xinjiang and fatty acid compositions of the oil were studied.The results showed that the major fatty acids were palmitic acid(8.86%),oleic acid(65.69%) and linoleic acid(24.99%).The oil contained 90.68% unsaturated fatty acid.
