Exploring Phylogenetic Relationships between Hundreds of Plant Fatty Acids Synthesized by Thousands of Plants. more details ...
Abstract The chemical composition of Mosla dianthera Maxim seeds have been studied. The result showed:the content of fatty oil in the seeds reached 20.26%. The main components of its seed oil were: linolic acid (15.117%),α-linolenic acid (67.356%),oleic acid (11.349%),palmitic acid (4.998%),stearic acid (1.180%)etc, and 17 kinds of amino acids,24 kinds of mineral elements from the seed were also determined . The contents of amino acid and mineral elements in the seeds were abundant and there were plenty of unsaturated fatty acids in its seed oil. And the seed and its oil were of high nutrient value and health protection effects, and of potential value in exploitation and utilization.
