Abstract The effect of extracting temperature,time and the ratio of material to solvent on extraction of Jatropha curcas by ultrasonic was studied.The result by an orthogonal experiment indicated that the influence order of the factors was extracting temperatureextracting timethe ratio of material to solvent.The optimal technological parameters were extracting temperature 55 ℃,extracting time 40 min,and the ratio of material to solvent 1∶10(g/mL).The physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition were also analyzed,GC test showed that 80.8% fatty acid in seed oil of Jatropha curcas were unsaturated fatty acid.
