小桐子及其油脂的理化特性分析（GC） . Physicochemical properties of Jatropha curcas L.seed and its oil

Abstract

Physicochemical properties of Jatropha curcas L.seed in Yunnan province was investigated.The results showed that the average seed particle mass was 0.537 9 g,mass ratio of kernel to hull was 1.685∶ 1,kernel rate was 62.74%,moisture content of seed was 6.21%,oil content of seed was 35.01%,and contents of oil and moisture in kernel were 55.80%,4.18%,respectively.The saponification value,iodin value,acid value of the seed oil were 193.8 mgKOH/g,95.3 gI/100 g,13.15 mgKOH/g,respectively.The fatty acids of the seed oil were mainly linoleic acid and oleic acid of which contents could reach 83.1%.The induction period of the seed oil was 10.33 h.
