Abstract In order to optimize the technological parameters of Torreya Grandis seed oil(TGSO)extraction by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE-CO2),the effects of extraction time,temperature,pressure on extraction efficiencies of TGSO were investigated.On basis of single factor test,orthogonal experiment was employed to optimize the technological parameters,the fatty acid composition of TGSO was analyzed by gas chromatography.Results indicated that the optimum extracing condition of SFE-CO2 were extraction time 4h、extraction temperature 50℃、extraction pressure 45MPa,under the above condition,the yield was 94.57%.According to GC ananlysis,18 kind of compounds were obtained in the oil,the main components were linoleic acid(42.02%)、oleic acid 32.14%、eicosatrienoic acid(9.80%).
