Abstract The aim was to study fatty acids composition in Wuhe glycine soja oil,promote developing high quality soybean breeding,research soybean idioplasm resource,and provide the basis for better development and utilization of wild soybean oil.Oil was extracted from Wuhe glycine soja oil through soxhlet extraction method and its fatty acid composition was analyzed by gas chromatography—mass spectroscopy(GC/MS).The result showed that 13 fatty acids were detected in this oil.Among them,the content of unsaturated fatty acid was 78.81% with the linoleic acid,oleic acid and linolenic acid as the main,the content of linoleic acid,oleic acid and linolenic acid were 47.33%,15.66% and 15.40%,respectively.While heptadecanoic acid which was detected seldom in other plant oils has anticancer function,the nutrition and health value of Wuhe wild soybean oil was higher and it had better development and utilization prospect.
