Exploring Phylogenetic Relationships between Hundreds of Plant Fatty Acids Synthesized by Thousands of Plants. more details ...
Abstract Brassica rapa L.seed oil was extracted with supercritical CO2,and response surface methodology was employed to optimize the process variables of three major factors(pressure, temperature, time). The optimum process parameters were obtained as follows:pressure 31.65 MPa,temperature 46.10℃,time 80.40 min.Under such conditions, the oil yield was 32.55%.GC-MS analysis showed that the total fatty acids of the oil were composed of 7.70% saturated fatty acids and 88.35% unsaturated fatty acids.Furthermore, erucic acid(47.18%),oleic acid(17.53%),linoleic acid(8.43%),and palmitic acid(2.63%) were the main fatty acids in Brassica rapa L.seed oil.
