Brassica rapa L.seed oil was extracted with supercritical CO2,and response surface methodology was employed to optimize the process variables of three major factors(pressure,temperature,time).The optimum process parameters were obtained as follows:pressure 31.65 MPa,temperature 46.10℃,time 80.40 min.Under such conditions,the oil yield was 32.55%.GC-MS analysis showed that the total fatty acids of the oil were composed of 7.70% saturated fatty acids and 88.35% unsaturated fatty acids.Furthermore,erucic acid(47.18%),oleic acid(17.53%),linoleic acid(8.43%),and palmitic acid(2.63%) were the main fatty acids in Brassica rapa L.seed oil.
