Abstract

Sapium sebiferum Roxb.seed as a raw material for oil extraction,the physical and chemical nature of Sapium sebiferum Roxb.oil and its fatty acid composition are analyzed,all dry seed oil content is 31.54%,nut dry oily rate is 85.76%,total fatty acid content is 92.63%,and molecular weight fatty acid is 273.36 g/mol.Under a specified temperature and pressure,the certain alcohol-oil ratio together with the alkaline catalyst for exchange reaction is used.Producing bio-dieseh after the transformation of bio-diesel and diesel fuel blending with No.0,tests physical and chemical properties with No.0 diesel oil referenced, and various indicators have reached No.0 diesel quality requirements,of which,there are 45 cetane number and 95% distillation range,when the temperature of the distillate is 352.5℃.
