Abstract

Objective To analyze the Xinjiang Uygur Medicine Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds in the composition of fatty oil.Methods The cable type,ultrasonic,water bath backflow were used toextract fatty oil,Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds fatty acid composition was analyze by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).Results Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds fatty acid composition mainly contained 9-Hexadecenoic acid,Hexadecanoic acid,9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,Oxiraneoctanoic acid,cis-13-Eicosenoic acid,Eicosanoic acid,Docosanoic acid,Tetracosanoic acid.Conclusion Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds contain a variety of important composition of fatty acid in,especially 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,which accounted 78% of the total fatty acids,it can be used as Arctium tomentosum Mill seeds medicinal quality standards of evaluation
