微孔草种子油脂肪酸及不皂化物的分析 GC . ANALYSIS OF FATTY ACIDS AND UNSAPONIFIABLES FROM MICROULA SIKKIMENSIS SEED OIL

Abstract

The fatty acids in Microula sikkimensis seed oil were analysed by GLC,and the unsaponifiables of this oil were separated by HPLC into four fractions. The present paper deals with the copmposition of triterpene alcohols,4-methylsterols and sterols.The major components of triterpene alcohol fraction were cycloartanol,cycloartenol,24-methylene-cycloartanol and cyclobranol;The 4-methylsterol fraction consisted of obtusifoliol,cycloeucalenol,gramisterol and citrostadienol; And the β～sitosterol,campesterol and Δ5-avenasterol were main components of sterol fraction.No evidence of nonedibles was found in this Oil．
