Abstract

The contents of the fatty acids in seed oil of Microula sikkimensis were determined by gas chromatography(GC).The contents of the polyunsaturated fatty acids in seed oil of Microula sikkimensis were in the range of 84.49%—85.73%,among which,the content of a-linolenic were in the range of 13.74%—16.66%,which were higher than those in BEIWEI No.l;the contents ofγ-linolenic were in the range of 6.46%—7.64%.which were lower than these in BEIWEI No.1.
