Abstract Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.seed oil was obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and its fatty acid composition was analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed that the optimum parameters were as follows:pressure 20 MPa,temperature 45℃,CO_2 flow rate 35~ 40 kg/h and dynamic extraction time 120 min.The oil yield was 15.11% in the optimum conditions.The oil contained abundant unsaturated fatty acids.The content of unsaturated fatty acid was(93.37%).The oil extracted with supercritical CO_2 was superior to that with petroleum ether.
