Exploring Phylogenetic Relationships between Hundreds of Plant Fatty Acids Synthesized by Thousands of Plants.
more details ...
The main constituents and fatty acids contents of 4 kinds of seed from Alhagi sparsifoli,Glycyrrhiza inflate,Halimodendron halodendron and Caragana Fabr.in the northern area of Tarim basin were studied. The results showed that:① in Caragana Fabr.seed, the contents of crude protein and crude fat were relatively higher, and acid detergent fiber was lower, the content of linoleic acid was extremely abundant, and it could be used as the potential oil plant;② in Alhagi sparsifolia and Halimodendron halodendron seeds, the linoleic acid and palmic acid contents were rich;③ in Glycyrrhiza inflate seed, the content of linolenic acid achieved 37.92%,and the linoleic acid was 32.22%,which had a broad prospect to be utilized;④ the unsaturated fatty acid content was high in these 4 kinds of plant seed oils, which accounted for more than 70% of the total fatty acids.
