Abstract

Semen Ziziphi Spinosae oil was extracted with n-hexane,and the extract was saponified and esterified.The chemical components of fatty acid were separated and identified by GC-MS.23 fatty acids were separated and 20 fatty acids of them were identified,and their relative contents were 98.10%.The main components of the fatty acid in Semen Ziziphi Spinosae oil were oleic acid(45.03%),linoleic acid(17.16%),palmitic acid(12.75%),stearic acid((9.65%)),arachidic acid(3.63%).The relative contents of unsaturated fatty acids were 66.56%.
