Abstract

Two kinds of oil were obtained from the seeds of groundcherry(Physalis alkekengi L.) and hair groundcherry(Physalis pubescens L.),natives in Heilongjiang,by the technology of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction with oil yield of 19.67% and 26.69% respectively.The oils were analyzed and identified by GC/MS.Results show that the groundcherry and the hair groundcherry seed oils contain linoleic acid(73.91% and 75.52%),oleic acid(11.21% and 12.89%),hexadecanoic acid(11.58% and 8.54%),and octadecanoic acid(3.30% and 1.47%).The physicochemical properties of the seeds and the seed oils were analyzed.
