Abstract

Objective:To investigate the fatty acid of Isatisl incligotica.Methods:The samples were extracted by the method of Soxlet extraction and,derivated by methyl esterification and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC- MS).Results:11 fatty acids inⅠ.indigotica were identified.Conclusion:The major components of fatty acids were all-cis- 9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic add (24.72%),13-Docosenoic acid (23.9%),9-Octadecenoic acid (19.11%)and 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(10.76%).
