The fatty acid composition of luffa seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS,and the contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg and Ca in the oil were determined by microwave plasma torch-atomic emission spectrometry(MPT-AES).The results showed that six fatty acids were identified and the total content of linoleic acid,palmitic acid,stearic acid and oleic acid was 94.35%.The contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg and Ca in the oil were 93.16,38.53,132.44,47.60,76.30 μg/g,respectively.
