山茶和油茶种子中脂肪酸的分析 GC . Analyse of fatty acids composition in the seeds of C.japonica L.and C.oleifera Abel.

Abstract

[Object] To study the composition and concentration of fatty acids in the seeds of C.japonica.L and C.oleifera Abel.[Method] The fatty acids were detected and analyzed by GC.[Results] Four fatty acids were indentified,main components of them were palmitic(8.45% and 8.49%),stearic acid(2.67% and 1.84%),oleic acid(79.92% and 81.62%),linoleic acid(8.95% and 8.05%).[Conclusion] The content of oleic acid were the highest in fatty acids in the two seeds.
