Abstract

Chemical analysis of Eldedgnus angustifolia fruits and Hedysarum scoparium seeds reveals that the fruits are rich in Vitamin C, sugars and crude protein, and the seeds are rich in oil and crude protein. Crude proteins from both sources-contain a majority of amino acids. It is suggested that both are good for use as woody food and oil plants
