Abstract

The composition and concentration of fatty acid,sterol and vitamin E of three sea buckthornoils is investigated in this paper by gas chromatographic and high-performance liquid chromatographic instrument.The result indicates that the difference of material or technology can result in differentiation of composition or concentration of fatty acid,sterol and VitanunE of oils.The oil producted with hexan has highst concentration of sterol and vitanun E.
