Abstract

The oil was extracted from seeds of Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.) Koidz.with petroleum ether refluxing extraction,and the chemical constituents of fatty acids were analyzed by means of GC-MS.The yield rate of the oil was 36.7%.Main compounds of fattyacids were 13-octadecenoic acid,linoleic acid,hexadecanoic acidand octadecanoic acidwith relative contents of 40.5%,29.6%,24.8% and 5.1% respectively.The unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 70.1%.
