三岛柴胡种子化学成分分析 GC-MS . Chemical Constituents Analysis on the Seeds of Bupleurum Falcatum L.

Abstract

53 Volatile compounds and 28 fatty acids were detected from the constituents of volatile oil and fatty acids of the seeds of Bupleurum Falcatum L. by means of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The major components of volatile oils are: 2-hexane, 4,4,5-trimethyl-(380 mg/kg),2,2,4-trimethyl-3-penten-1-ol(140 g/kg),2,3-dimethyl-3-buten-2-ol (100 mg/kg) and 2,3-dimethyl-pentane (89 mg/kg). The major components of fatty acids are: 9-octadecenoic acid (z)-(6584 mg/kg), octadecanoic acid (4032 mg/kg), nonanedioic acid (425 mg/kg) and octanedioic acid (132 mg/kg). Moreover, seven saponins have been isolated from the n-BuOH extracts of the seeds of this plant. Three of them were identified as saikosaponin c, saikosaponin d and 6-O-acetyl-saikosaponin d by means of MS, nuclear magnetic resonance etc. and the comparison was made with the standard compound.
