Abstract

The supercritical CO2 extraction parameters for kiwi seed oil were optimized by orthogonal experiment.Moreover,the fatty acid compositions in the kiwi seed oil were determined by gas chromatography.The results indicated that the optimum parameters of supercritical CO2 extraction were as follows:extraction temperature 40℃,extraction pressure 35 MPa and extraction time 2.5 h.Under the optimum conditions the oil yield was 20.8%.The major fatty acids were palmitic acid,linoleic acid and oleic acid.
