青葙籽油脂肪酸组成的分析 . Analysis on Fatty Acids in Celosia Argentea L. Seed Oil by Gas Chromatography

Abstract

The fatty and fatty acid composition of seed of Celosia argentea L. have been studied. THe result shows that the content of fatty is 12.36% and it contains eight kinds of fatty acid, in which the content of oleic acid is the highest, about 37.48%, the second is linoleic acid, about 34.03%, the third is palmitic acid, about 23.30%. The content of USFA and SFA are 74.62% and 25.37%. The ratio of SFA:MUFA:PUFA is 1:1.49:1.45. The research gives some scientific basis for its medical function and further development.
