青稞籽粒脂肪酸成分的GC_MS分析_郑敏燕 . The Analysis on Fatty Components from the Seed of Hulless Barley by GC/MS

Abstract

Fatty acids from the seeds of hulless barley were extracted by Soxhler extractor and acid-hydrolysis method.After being methyl-esterified under the present of KOH/MeOH,the components of fatty acids were analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed the extracting quantities of fatty acids using these two methods were 2.60 g/100 g and 3.07 g/100 g,respectively The main components were linoleic acid,oleic acid.palmitic acid and linolenic acid.Most of the fatty acids were polyunsaturated fatty ones,whose quantities obtained were more than 77 %.
