青藏茶藨子种子中的脂肪酸含量分析 . Analysis on fatty acids in seeds of Ribes qingzangense

Abstract

It was delt with constitutes of fatty acids in the seeds of Ribes qingzangense in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau this in paper. A method based on SFE and CGC was developed for qualitative and quantitative analysis of fatty acids in the seeds of Ribes qingzangense. The extraction rate was 12%. The results showed that the contents of unsaturated fatty acid were about 90%, among which #alpha#-linolenic acid, #gamma#-linolenic acid and linoleic acid were 23.23%, 2.60% and 43.21%, respectively.
