Abstract

The volatile substances of the fruit seeds in Annona squamosa was extracted with solvent,and analyzed by combined capillary gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.The average oil yield of the seeds was 13.3%,9 chemical components were identified respectively by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS).Among 9 identified compounds,the 9-octadecenoic acid(z) was one main component,its relative content was 49.42%,and the relative contents of hexadecanoic acid,octadecanoic acid and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid(z,z) were 20.37%,14.16% and 13.59%.The main compounds in the all volatile components were unsaturated fatty acids;its content was 63.01%.
