蒲葵子脂肪酸组成分析_王慧 . Determination of Fatty Acids in Livistona chinensis R. Br

Abstract Objective:To analyze fatty acids composition in Livistona chinensis R.Br.Methods:The fatty oils extracted from Livistona chinensis R.Br.was concentrated and modified to methyle esters first,then it was determined by GC-MS.Results:Eleven fatty acids were determined,the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 52.28%. Conclusion:The result would provide a reference for study and comprehensive utilization of Livistona chinensis R.Br.in future.
