Abstract

The solvent-extraction technologies,physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition of Parthenocissus tricuspidate Plach seed oil were studied.The hexane was choiced as the best extraction solvent.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows:the size of Parthenocissus tricuspidate Plach 40 meshes,solid-liquid ratio 1∶9,extraction temperature 65 ℃,extraction time 80 min,extraction times 2.The GC analysis showed that the unsaturated fatty acids of the oil was 88.63%,and the linoleic acid content was 74.67%.
