柠条锦鸡儿籽油超临界CO_2流体萃取及成分分析_强伟 . Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of Caragana korshinskii Kom. seed oil and analysis of chemical composition by HPLC-APCI-MS

Abstract

The Caragana korshinskii Kom. seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid, and the extracting conditions were designed by response surface methodology. At the same time, the composition of seed oil was analyzed by HPLC-APCI-MS. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: extraction pressure 35 Mpa, temperature 45 ℃, time 70 min. Under the optimal conditions, the oil yield was 6.70 %. The Caragana korshinskii Kom. seed oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acids, its reached to 71.817 %, among which the linoleic acid and oleic acid were 51.78 % and 17.03 %, respectively.
