Abstract Four extraction methods of supercritical CO2,ultrasonic wave,microwave,and solvent reflux were used to extract Caragana korshinskii seed oil,and the optimal method was determined to be supercritical CO2.The optimum conditions for supercritical CO2 extraction were as follows:extraction pressure 25 MPa,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 2 h,separation pressure 10 MPa,separation temperature 40℃.Under the optimum conditions,the oil extraction rate was over 12%.Fatty acid analysis showed that the Caragana korshinskii seed oil contained mainly C16-C18 straight-chain fatty acids,which proved that Caragana korshinskii seed oil was a kind of potential feedstuff for bio-energy.
