南美油藤油的脂肪酸组成分析 . Fatty acid composition of Plukenetia volubilis Linneo seeds oil

Abstract

The seeds oil was extracted from Plukenetia volubilis Linneo with petroleum ether at room temperature and the fatty acid composition of the oil was analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed that linolenic acid(46.65%),linoleic acid(41.43%),palmitic acid(5.50%) and stearic acid(5.36%) were main fatty acids in the oil;the contents of the four main fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids in total fatty acid were 98.94% and 88.62%,respectively.The Plukenetia volubilis Linneo seeds oil was rich in linolenic acid,which was high nutritional edible oil.
