Based on an analysis of nutrient constituents of Rubus hirsutus Thunb. fruit in Fujian province. The result has been shown that the fruit in amino acid(22 90mg/g·FW),contains at least 16 kinds of amino acids including 6 necessities of the human body. SOD content of the fruit is up to 262 5u/g·FW, Inorganic elements are abundant, especially Fe, Mn, Zn. The fatty acids in seed in seed oil were analysed by GC, most of them are unsaturated fatty acids, linoleic acid (62 20%),linolenic acid (20 53%).In addition, sugar, proteins, organic acids and vitamin are also abundant in the fruit, and indicated that the fruit is of value in nourishment and in health protection, and of potential value in exploitation and utilization.
