玫瑰茄籽油提取工艺及其脂肪酸的测定_李丽 . Extraction of roselle seed oil and analysis of its fatty acids

Abstract

The solvent extraction of roselle seed oil was performed by a single factor test and better process conditions were determined.The fatty acid composition of roselle seed oil was also analyzed.The results showed that the roselle seed oil yield was highest when the roselle seed were treated with drying condition(45℃ for 9 h) and cooking condition(180℃ for 3 min),then extracted with petroleum ether under the conditions of returning speed 150 drops / min,extraction temperature 60℃,extraction time 10 h.The roselle seed oil was a health vegetable oil,in which the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid was 27.90% and 37.19%,respectively.
