Abstract

Acid value,iodine value and saponification value of crude oil from Idesia polycarpa Maxim.Var.vestita Diels was determined by capacity analysis method.And fatty acid composition and relative content were determined and analyzed after methyl esterification by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The results showed that oil iodine value was 52.15 g/100g,saponification value was 195.39mgKOH/g,the main fatty acids were trans-9,12-octadecadienoic acid,palmitic acid and palmitoleic acid,and the content of trans-9,12-octadecadienoic acid was the highest and was up to 59.54%.
