Abstract

The oil was obtained from the seeds of hair groundcherry(Physalis pubescens L.)native to Heilongjiang by the technology of supercritical CO2 extraction in 26.69% yield. The oil was analyzed and identified by GC/MS, which contained linoleic acid 75.52%, oleic acid 12.89%, hexadecanoic acid 8.45%, octadecanoic acid 1.47% and ethyl linoleate 1.58%. The physicochemial properties of the seed and the seed oil were analyzed too.
