Abstract

Chemical composition of the seeds of Pinus massoniana L. and Acer negundo L.Was analysed.The test result indicated,1.Contents of the chemical composition of different tree species and different places of the same species were different .2.The major matter in the seed of Pinus massoniana L.was fats,and protein was second.3.The major matter in the seed of Acer negundo L.was protein,and fats were second.4.The major matter in seed fats of the two species was unsaturatid faty acid (oleic acid,lindeic acid));The composition of protein was mainly glutamic acid,arginine,aspartic acid and Leacine.5.The seeds of the two tree spetcies richly contained Vitamin E.6.Seeds of the two species were of certain nutreint value.
