Abstract Objective:To study the chemical composition of the Extracts from Nigella glandulifera Freyn et Sint by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction (SFE-CO\-2).Methods:Analyzing the chemical composition of the Extracts from Nigella glandulifera Freyn et Sint by SPE-CO\-2 through gas chromatography-mass spectometry (GC-MS),the area normalization method was used to calculate the contents of peaks.Results:Twenty-six compounds were identified,of which there were 17 volatile components and 10 fatty acids.Conclusion:The principal chemical constituents of the volatile components are olefine acid,ketone,fatty acid is based with unsaturated fatty acids and in line with pharmacological effects.
